REFUND POLICY                                     

All items sold on Comteck website are covered under the "Satisfaction Guaranteed".

   Mandatory: 

   For all returns, the original product packaging must be returned along with the item or

   else, return will not be accepted

  •  Before return call us or email us in details for reasons for return immediately.
  • Most of the items ordered are self collect.If transaction done by TT, Credit cards, bank transfer, cash or cheque then we will refund you the same amount back to you within 3 days
  •  If transactions done by Credit Cards and you notice that the goods you ordered defective & or not as advertised for some reasons then you have the full rights to cancel your payment.This will be done immediate depends on the bank. You will not be penalized.One way is we will cancel it on our end or you can call your respective banks to cancel the payment.
  • For oversees shipment we usually use reliable and proven DHL to deliver items with insurance coverage.
  • For oversees customer(s) the refund process may take 2- 14 business days depending on your local bank policies met.
